Tomato and Cheese Macaroni

Wash and dice all kinds of vegetables, cook the macaroni over high heat and add salt for about 8 minutes.

Peel and cut tomatoes

Use the pan as the bottom oil, stir-fry the tomatoes at 60 to 70% heat

After the tomatoes are sautéed and the water comes out, pour in a proper amount of water and boil (you can use the water used to boil the macaroni)

After boiling, pour in diced potatoes, diced mushrooms, and diced sausages and stir-fry. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer until potatoes are rotten

Boil until the soup is almost dry, the potatoes are rotten and soft, pour in the lotus root and cheese, and season with a little salt

After the cheese has melted and can be shredded, add the green peppers and stir well.
