Tomato and Egg Noodles

Take a group photo of everything.

Beat the eggs with a little salt and cooking wine.

Cut the tomato with a cross knife, soak in boiling water and peel.

Cut into small pieces for later use!

Cut parsley and set aside

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the eggs, stir-fry and serve.

Add some oil, pour the tomatoes and stir fry, add a small amount of salt to taste.

Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, then add eggs and a bowl of water and cook until the soup thickens.

Put a little salt and oil in another pot of clean water (to prevent stickiness of noodles). After boiling, add noodles and boil. The noodles are dry noodles. In order to cook thoroughly, add a small bowl of cold water after each time to boil. Open it, about three times!

Remove the cooked noodles and pour the tomato and egg soup on it!

With coriander, it looks very appetizing!
