Tomato and Egg Noodles

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces

Heat the oil in a pan, add half of the tomatoes and fry the red oil
3.
Pour in the right amount of water
4.
Pour in the remaining tomato chunks
5.
Cover and boil on fire
6.
Boil water and beat in the eggs
7.
After the egg is solidified, put the noodles and boil the noodles for two or three minutes.
Tips:
Beat in the eggs with boiling water. The eggs will not stick to the bottom of the pan and are easy to form.
