Tomato and Egg Noodles

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces according to personal preference

Pour oil in the pot

Beat the eggs into the hot oil pan
4.
Fry yellow on both sides over medium heat

After the eggs are fried, take out the remaining oil and fry the tomatoes in the noodle bowl.

Tomatoes should be sautéed slowly over low heat

Add salt, soy sauce, chicken bouillon until the tomatoes are sautéed and the tomato juice is added.

Put the fried eggs in the pot and cook together (add appropriate amount of water according to personal preference)
9.
Add the noodles after boiling the water (hand-rolled noodles or dried noodles are fine). After the noodles are cooked, they can be cooked.
