Our family eats noodle soup a lot. It's too hot these days. Because the child goes to work in the morning because of the tight time, the noodle soup is too soup and there is no time to eat it. Making noodle soup is very popular.

Tomato and Egg Noodles

1. Put the dried noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook them out and soak them in cold boiling water for a while

2. After the tomatoes are cleaned, remove the stalks and cut into slices

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little cooking wine, and beat into egg liquid

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan, pour in the egg liquid when the oil temperature is 70% hot, fry until golden brown and cut into small pieces with a spatula

5. Set the egg aside, add the tomato and stir-fry, add salt and stir-fry well, then stir-fry with the egg evenly

6. Add a little water and stir evenly, then boil, turn off the heat and set aside

7. Remove the soaked noodles and put them in a bowl, add pepper

8. Plus life sauce and chopped green onion

Tips:
