Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup~
1.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces for later use (I like not peeling them. I think the joy of life is to enjoy every detail. The tomatoes will fall off naturally after they are cooked. Just pick them out when you eat them.);
2.
Rinse the coriander with water, drain it, and cut it into 2 joint-length sections, which can be easily picked out by those who do not eat coriander;
3.
Take an appropriate amount of flour in a basin, add water several times, and stir with chopsticks;
4.
Stir until 2/3 of the lumps appear, stop when the remaining 1/3 of the flour is left (allow the dough to wake up for a while to fully absorb the water)
5.
You can put more base oil in the pot, the color and taste of the fried tomatoes will be more delicious;
6.
Add salt and stir fry more conducive to the juice;
7.
After the juice comes out, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil;
8.
At this time, continue to stir the gnocchi so that each grain is plump like black bean-sized particles/flakes;
9.
Add eggs when it starts bubbling;
10.
Sprinkle with coriander to serve;
11.
With small pickles, the 3 of us ate a big pot. Although it was shy to say it, it was still very fulfilling!
12.
Stem and leafy vegetables should not be soaked in water for too long. The pesticides left in the water will be quickly absorbed into the vegetables. It is visually fresh, but it is not good for health!
Tips:
Teach everyone a "lazy egg flower" egg with a small mouth at the round head, and gently sprinkle the egg liquid into the pot, saving time and effort, and lazy people can wash one less bowl;
