Tomato and Egg Soup

Now, cut into the picture shown. Before cutting the tomatoes, you can cut them with boiling water and peel them, or you can leave them alone. When making soup, it is recommended to keep the thick wall part of the tomatoes as little as possible and use the flesh inside more. Because I don’t like tomatoes very much so I put a hee hee

Add the shallots and sauté fragrant. Then pour in the tomatoes and fry them into a paste

Put the fungus shredded ham and fry together, pour in the right amount of water

Put a piece of Knorr Soup Po, if not, just leave it alone, just add salt normally. Personally, I think it’s more convenient to put it. Can it taste a little fresher? Actually there is not much difference

When it is boiling, pour the egg mixture over the bubbling area. Don't use too many eggs! Two eggs that like to eat too much are definitely enough. This is the first time I have made too many eggs, crying.

Sprinkle with coriander and start eating!
Tips:
Water starch can be added or not added. I don’t think it will affect me. I’m lazy, so I didn’t add it.
