Tomato and Pork Liver Soup

Cut the liver into thin slices as much as possible

After cutting, add a few drops of black vinegar and some cornstarch

Tomatoes can be peeled directly under boiling water

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, and boil when the ingredients are ready

Tips:
Tomatoes are best to be peeled and boiled so that it does not affect the taste. Fried pork liver must be vigorous and fast, so that the liver is tender and crispy.
