Tomato and Sheep Tripe Soup

Cut the lamb tripe into strips, wash and cook under cold water, add green onion and ginger, boil, and remove. Re-boil water, boil over high heat, add black pepper and light soy sauce.

Half of the tomato is diced and the rest is sliced. The tomato soup cooked in this way is thick. Get out of the pot.

Add the side dishes ten minutes in advance, and the greens will be added later.

Add the right amount of salt before serving, add some sesame oil, and stir well with shallots. Sprinkle chopped coriander after cooking.
