Tomato Ball Soup

Wash the bean sprouts.

Slice the mustard tuber, half slice the tomato, and half cut into pieces.

After the sliced tomatoes are fried in a frying pan, add the soup, half of the bean sprouts, and half of the mustard slices and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add 5 grams of ginger and chop the fat and lean pork into meat filling. Add 2 grams of refined salt, soy sauce, and water starch and stir evenly until it is sticky.

Remove the boiled bean sprouts, tomatoes and mustard slices. Add the other half of the bean sprouts, tomatoes and mustard slices and cook for about 2 minutes.

Remove the bean sprouts, tomatoes and mustard slices into the soup bowl.

Season the soup with refined salt, keep the soup in a slightly boiling state, squeeze the meat into balls and put it into the soup to cook.
8.
Put the cooked balls and soup into the soup bowl.
