Tomato Beef Pasta Sauce

1. Prepare materials.

2. The tomato is crossed with a knife.

3. Peel off the skin by blanching it with boiling water.

4. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes for later use.

5. Stir the garlic cloves and onions, or chop them with a knife.

6. Heat the wok and add half of the butter.

7. Pour ground beef and stir fry.

9. Add the other half of butter to the pot.

10. Pour in chopped onion and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

11. Add diced tomatoes and stir fry.

12. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft and rotten, then add the fried beef filling.

13. Add tomato sauce.

14. Ground black pepper.

15. Basil chopped.

16. Season with a little salt.

17. Change the heat to a low heat and stir slowly for a few minutes to turn off the heat.

18. After cooling, seal it and put it in the refrigerator. Consume within three days. It can also be divided into small portions and frozen, fry in a pan before eating, then add the cooked pasta and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

If there is no butter, you can choose other edible oils, and the taste of butter is more fragrant.
The basil is not negligible, and the black pepper can also be replaced with powder, which has a slight difference in taste.
