Tomato Beef Soup

Cut beef into pieces, cut tomatoes into large pieces, slap ginger flat, mince chives and set aside

Boil the white water and add the beef. After the water boils again, remove the foam on the surface of the water.

Add tomatoes and ginger to a boil and simmer for 2 hours

Add corn and some salt and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes

Just sprinkle with chopped green onion
