Tomato Beef Soup
1.
Dice beef, the smaller the better, the onion and tomatoes. I used half an onion and two persimmons. Add black pepper, starch, cooking wine, salt and marinate for 5 minutes.
2.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the onion to create a fragrant flavor.
3.
Add tomatoes and stir fry, add a small amount of salt. Stir fry into a paste.
4.
Then add water, bring to a boil, and cook to thicken.
5.
Finally, add the diced beef and green beans and simmer for two minutes. Finally put the MSG, the chicken essence is out of the pot. If there is more water, add some starch to thicken the soup.
6.
When it becomes sticky, add some coriander.
