Peel and diced tomatoes

Soak the carrots in light salt water to drain the water and dice

Steam the two ingredients for a few minutes (I missed a picture) and stir them into a paste with a cooking machine. Remember to add sugar
5.
Pour out and garnish with chopped peanuts
Tips:
Carrots are bubbled in brine.
