Tomato Chicken Salad
1.
Use a knife to cut along the bones as shown in the figure. Remove the bones. Use a knife to cut the chicken thighs. Sprinkle with salt and white pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.
Heat and fry the chicken thighs in a pan, pay attention to the chicken skin down first, and fry the chicken out. When the chicken skin is a little brown, turn the chicken over and fry the chicken on the other side. Sprinkle some pepper during the frying process.
3.
After the chicken is fried, put it on the absorbent paper to absorb some oil, and let it cool by the way to make it easier to cut.
4.
When frying the chicken drumsticks, you can prepare vegetables, shred lettuce, shred the bitter, sliced tomatoes, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half (the lettuce and bittern can be soaked in ice water in advance to make them crisper).
5.
Take a large bowl, pour lettuce, bittern, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, add salt, olive oil, and salad dressing, mix well and put on a plate. Finally, cut the chicken into pieces and place it on top!
