Tomato Clam Soup

First, wash the clams you bought home with water, put them in a basin and flip them up and down, you can easily remove the sediment, and then wash them again for later use.

Cross the top of the tomato with a knife and blanch it with boiling water to remove the tomato skin easily.

Heat the pan with oil, add the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add the diced tomatoes and stir fry.

Bring to a boil and put in the processed clams.
