Tomato Egg Butterfly Noodle

Prepare butterfly noodles, an egg, and a tomato. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.

Prepare a clean non-stick pan, add a little peanut oil, knock in an egg, turn it over after the egg has solidified slightly. Then add tomatoes

Put a little salt and pour in the right amount of broth (because I just made the bone broth today, I will add the broth. If there is no soup, you can just add boiling water and a little sugar). Add the butterfly noodles after boiling.

After the butterfly noodles are softened, they can be served. I cooked it softer because the kids ate it.
Tips:
The sweet and sour tomatoes and the broth are super delicious, even my mouth is drooling, the kids have eaten it up.
