Tomato Fish Ball Udon Noodles

Boil the udon noodles in a pot under water, cook until it is slightly boiling, and then remove

Tomato hob diced

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the tomatoes and fry until soft

Add water and fish balls to boil
5.
Add salt and light soy sauce to taste

Pour the udon noodles and cook it

Eat it while it's hot
Tips:
1. I use vacuum-sealed udon, it will be more convenient to cook first
2. The tomatoes should be sautéed first, so that they taste better
