Tomato Golden Needle Bone Soup

Soak the pork spine to wash away the blood.

Cut the ginger and green onions.

Add the pork spine and put more water in the pot.

When the pot is about to open, there is a lot of foam on the surface. Remove it clean.

Tips:
1. If cold water is poured into the pot, remove the foam when it is about to open.
2. The amount of water is more, so it is easier to defoam.
3. The stewed bone broth can be paired with your favorite vegetables.
