Tomato Green Pepper Pancakes
1.
Wash the tomatoes and green peppers
2.
Dice tomatoes and green peppers
3.
Add flour to half a bowl of cold water and stir until there is no dry flour.
4.
Add the cut tomatoes and green peppers and continue to stir, add some salt
5.
Pour a little cooking oil into the pan and use a spoon to pour the batter along the side of the pan. When the batter is slightly condensed, gently move the pan with a spatula to avoid sticking. The pancake turns yellow and turns to the other side for about 1 minute before being out of the pan.
Tips:
The heat should be controlled well, and the oil should not be too much. If it tastes too oily, it will affect the taste. You can add other vegetables according to your personal taste.
