Tomato Noodle Soup

Wash and chop the leaves, slice the green onions, and blanch the tomatoes with boiling water, peel and chop them.

Heat the tomatoes in a wok with vegetable oil, stir-fry the green onions until the tomatoes are soft and the soup is red.

Add cabbage leaves, stir fry, add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, tomato sauce and mix well.

Add water.

After boiling, add the noodles, cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the noodles are cooked through, turn off the heat and add sesame oil to taste.
