Tomato Octopus

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

Remove the bowel of the hairtail, wash it, and cut it into sections.

Pick up the frying pan, put a little more oil, wrap the octopus with flour, and fry it until golden on both sides.

Use the remaining oil, aniseed, green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry tomatoes in a pan.
6.
Stir fry with soy sauce.
7.
Add soy sauce and stir fry.

Stir-fry with salt and sugar.
9.
Bring fish into the pot. Stir-fry until the octopus is evenly coated with tomatoes, then turn off the heat after a while.

Serve out and enjoy.

Seasonings are added according to personal taste.
