Tomato Oxtail Soup

Prepare the materials

Put the oxtail in the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, and blanch for 5 minutes.

In another pot of water, add oxtail, sliced ginger, green onion, bay leaves, and cinnamon to a boil. Change the heat to medium to low.

Add onions, carrots, tomatoes, tomato sauce and continue to stew.
