1. Slowly add a small amount of drinking water to the flour, and stir while adding water to make dough.
2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil (I used the water from which the clams were soaked just now), add the noodles and stir to avoid stickiness, and then add the clams and tomato chunks.
3. Bring the water to a boil again, pour in the beaten egg liquid, add a little salt after taste, sprinkle with chopped green onions and drizzle a little sesame oil.
This pimple soup is fresher and may be less oily. The soup has a thinner taste. I will try other flavors in the future.
