Tomato Pork Liver Soup

Slice the pork liver, clean it to remove the blood, then put it in a basin, add a spoonful of shredded ginger cooking wine and some water to soak for more than half an hour

Put the tomatoes in the hot oil in the pot and stir fry until the red oil comes out. Add two bowls of water

After the water is boiled, add the pork liver, a spoonful of cooking wine and a few ginger sticks, skim off the foam, add chicken essence and salt to taste (about a minute to cook)
Tips:
Pork liver is easy to cook, don’t cook for too long to harden
