Tomato Pork Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and blanch them in water.

2. The ingredients are ready.

3. Put 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil in a wok, heat to 50% heat, and stir-fry the lower ribs.

4. Stir until slightly charred on the surface, add the cooking wine and ingredients and saute until fragrant.

5. Stir fry the lower ribs with sauce.

6. Add water to the ribs, turn to a low heat and simmer.

7. When braising the ribs, treat the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into small cubes.

8. When the ribs are simmered like this, you can add diced tomatoes.

9. After adding the diced tomatoes, continue to simmer for about 20 minutes.

10. Just collect the juice over high heat.
