Tomato Prawn Crackers

Peel the prawns, remove the black thread, and wash, use a knife to cut along the back of the prawns and then cut them into two pieces (simply put, cut into four pieces by one knife each horizontally and vertically).
Add egg white, starch, and cooking wine to the sliced prawn crackers and set aside.

Add water to the pot and turn to a low heat, and put the shrimp slices into the water-skiing

Cucumber slices, gourd radish slices and set aside

Add oil to the pan, scallion and ginger, sauté the squash and radish slices in the pan, stir-fry and remove for use

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the ketchup, sugar and red oil, add cooking wine, salt, and thicken the starch with water

Add sliced gourd radish and shrimp slices and stir fry a few times
7.
Finally, add cucumber slices and stir-fry to get out of the pan
