[tomato Recipe] Matcha Whispers-the Sweetness of Matcha Chiffon and Cream
1.
Mix matcha powder and low-gluten flour through a sieve. Make the batter of the chiffon cake according to the method of making the chiffon cake, pour it into an 8-inch square plate, and put it in a preheated 175° oven, middle layer, upper and lower fire, and bake for about 20 minutes
2.
Tear off the tin foil around and let cool
3.
For the completely cooled cake, use a 150px diameter round mold or bottle to press out one round piece of cake
4.
Whipped cream until it is stiffly foamed
5.
Take a slice of cut round cake and use a medium-sized chrysanthemum mouth to squeeze the whipped cream on the surface.
6.
Sprinkle some honey red beans on the whipped cream
7.
Then squeeze a layer of light cream
8.
Cover with another slice of cake. Squeeze a circle of cream on the surface of the cake
9.
Put honey red beans in the middle and sift some powdered sugar to decorate the surface.
Tips:
1. Although matcha powder and green tea powder look alike, there is a big difference in the effect of use. Cakes made with green tea powder are dark yellow, while cakes made with matcha powder are bright green, so they cannot be replaced at will.
2. If there is no suitable circular cutting tool, you can use the bottle mouth or a small can, as shown in the picture, and cut it horizontally instead of the mold.
