Tomato Sauce

Chop meat, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, white pepper, salt, light soy sauce, edible oil, stir evenly, and marinate for more than half an hour.

The eggplant is also diced, the cowpea is finely chopped, and the tomato is diced larger. Grinding an apple, I don’t know why or what it can do. I just want to add some apple powder.

Add minced ginger and garlic in cold oil and sauté.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and cowpeas, and stir-fry patiently until the moisture is dry.

Chop the meat, fry until fragrant, pick up the pot with a colander and set aside.

Pea noodles and glutinous rice, baked in a microwave oven for fragrant. If you buy the sweet noodle sauce, use it directly, you don't need to make it yourself.

Spicy sauce, spicy sauce, and bean paste are first sautéed with the remaining oil in the pot, then the red oil is added, and the bean noodles tuo continue to be sautéed.

Tips:
1. The taste is fragrant, salty, spicy and sour.
2. Not tolerant to storage, because tomatoes are easily deteriorated due to moisture content, so they should be consumed as soon as possible. Use heavy oil cover and put it in the refrigerator to extend the shelf life, but it will not be too long.
3. The amount of hot sauce affects the spiciness, and the amount of tomato affects the acidity.
