Tofu Ball

Chop the meat, add some salt and mix well,

Break the white tofu into pieces,

Use a spoon to mix the white tofu with the chopped meat. (The ratio of tofu to meat is generally 2:1. You can increase the amount of meat appropriately, but it is recommended not to reduce it. If it is less, you will not be able to eat the feeling of meat. ( ┬_┬))

Add appropriate amount of black pepper and salt, mix well,

Make it into a round shape. (The white tofu I use is not very tender, so it is easy to knead into a ball. If the tofu is tender, add a little egg white to make it easy to knead into a ball)

You can use the microwave oven to shape the finished balls first, (the ones that are more sturdy can be put in the pot directly)

Cut the cabbage into sections,

Boil the cabbage and bean sprouts,

Put in a small piece of lard,

When the cabbage bean sprouts are boiled until half cooked, add the balls and cook together,

Just cook and season with appropriate amount of salt,
Tips:
You can make more tofu balls at one time. After setting it in a microwave oven, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a week. According to personal taste, you can also put peanuts and other things, but I don’t like it.
