Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Wash and slice tomatoes.

Cut green onions into sections.

Beat the eggs evenly with a whisk.

Add oil to the saucepan and fry the eggs.

After sautéing into pieces, add half of the chopped green onion and fry together to create a fragrance.

Add the chopped tomatoes.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water after sautéing.
8.
Collect the juice over high heat and add the remaining chopped green onions.
9.
Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:
1. When scrambled eggs, I personally like to fry them a little bit, which tastes more delicious!
2. Tomato itself has a sweet taste, if you don't like it too sweet, you don't need to add sugar!
