Tomato Sequoia Fish

Scratch the washed redwood fish with two knives on each side and marinate evenly with salt, cooking wine and ginger slices for ten minutes;

Spread cornstarch on both sides of the drained fish;

Put the washed tomato cuts into the container and use a beater to break into pieces;

Heat up a pan, put in a proper amount of oil, and fry the ginger slices of the marinated fish fillets first;

Cook together for six or seven minutes, carefully pour the tomato juice on the fish with a spatula, turn the surface in the middle, and add the right amount of green beans and sweet corn kernels when they are out of the pan;

Bring to a plate after boiling.
