Tomato Short Rib Soup

Take out the small ribs and thaw in warm water.

The small ribs are in a pot of cold water, bleeding water, and then the blood that has clumped up is washed away.

Put the small ribs in cold water again, add proper amount of rice and cooking wine.
4.
Add tomatoes, turn to a low heat when the water is boiled, and simmer slowly, add salt to the pot after two hours.
