Tomato Stewed Oxtail--panasonic Electric Pressure Cooker

There are two ways to make a oxtail, with soup, meat and vegetables. With French sticks, a sumptuous western-style dinner is out.

Wash the oxtail in boiling water and set aside. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Carrots are cut into hob pieces
Cut celery into sections,
Cut the onion into small pieces.

Put the oxtail, vegetables, tomato sauce, red wine, light soy sauce, and chopped herbs into the pressure cooker and put water. The water almost floods the material. You can also fry it over an open flame and put it in a pressure cooker to make it more fragrant.

Select the program "Meat", the default meat program is 20 minutes, I added five minutes. It will be more tender when stewed!

After 25 minutes, the stewed oxtail will come out of the pot. You can taste the saltiness by yourself. If the taste is not enough, you can add some salt to taste. If you are not in a hurry, it is best to soak in the pot for a while, it will be more delicious.

Tips:
Oxtail can be replaced with sirloin. The carrots inside are delicious.
