Peel the tomatoes (use a small eating spoon to evenly scrape the tomatoes, then use a knife to make a cross, the skin will come off as soon as you tear it off).

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into large slices and place them on the plate evenly. Sprinkle some salt evenly on the bottom according to your needs. Steam the tofu for 8 minutes. Then pour out the water in the pan.
