Tomato Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel the tomatoes (use a small eating spoon to evenly scrape the tomatoes, then use a knife to make a cross, the skin will come off as soon as you tear it off).

3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

4. Cut the tofu into large slices and place them on the plate evenly. Sprinkle some salt evenly on the bottom according to your needs. Steam the tofu for 8 minutes. Then pour out the water in the pan.

5. Stir fragrant green onion in oil, add tomatoes and stir fry.

6. When stir-frying, crush the large pieces of tomatoes with a spoon, pour about 20 grams of tomato sauce, fry the tomatoes out of red oil, add a little salt, sugar, and chicken essence.

7. If the soup is thickened before serving, if it is suitable, it is not necessary to thicken it. Pour the tomato soup onto the tofu and it's ready to eat.
