Tomato Tofu Soup

Prepare all kinds of ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add tomatoes and winter vegetables, and boil until the water boils.

When the soup is boiling the tomatoes out of juice, add tofu, shrimp skin, and a small amount of salt when there is red tomato juice on the surface.

After boiling, add appropriate amount of white pepper, chopped green onion, turn off the heat, and pour some sesame oil.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt. Winter vegetables and dried shrimps contain salt.
