Tomato Wanton Egg Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Add oil to the wok, and stir-fry the diced tomatoes and soaked golden prawns.

After sautéing, add appropriate amount of broth, add tofu, and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add wonton and turn to low heat.

Pour in the egg mixture and stir to form an egg flower shape. Season with salt.
6.
Pour some sesame oil to increase the fragrant flavor before serving, and sprinkle with chives.
Tips:
1. Tomato's lycopene will only be released when it encounters high temperature, so it must be fried first.
2. Don't stir the tofu immediately after it is put in the pot, cook it for a while and then stir it.
