Cut the pork chops bought in the supermarket into thick slices, slice them thinly (forget to shoot), and prepare teriyaki sauce (sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice) and marinate overnight

Wrap the egg liquid first and then breadcrumbs

Deep fry at low temperature about 120 degrees for about 2 minutes. Use a medium-to-small fire. The meat will be old at high temperature and will not be cooked on the outside and inside.

Put vegetables on the plate and cut the pork chops into strips.
Tips:
The pork chops must be patted, and the fibers of the ribs must be drained so that the meat will not shrink when it is fried.
