Tips:
1. Dried soybeans should be soaked in warm water for more than eight hours to fully expand their hair. They should not be too rotten when they are boiled, and they will taste delicious if they are chewy;
2. Don't cook the toon for too long, remove it immediately if it discolors. The toon is purple when it is not hot, and it will turn green immediately when it meets boiling water. At this time, it should be taken out immediately, and it only takes 5-10 seconds;
3. It is not advisable to put other condiments in the toon beans, and it is not advisable to put more sesame oil in just a few drops. It is good to keep the original flavor of toon.
