Toon Omelette

Wash the toon and scald it with boiling water.

Drain and cut off the roots, then chop them into a bowl.

4 eggs, salt and beat.

Heat the oil and pour into the egg liquid (more oil).

Fry on medium and low heat until the bottom is set and turn over.
