Toon Rolls with Bean Curd

Prepare materials.

Toon blanched. Can remove nitrite and nitrate.

Blanch the coriander. Let the coriander blanch in the water to increase the toughness of the coriander.

Cut the bean curd into 4cm wide and 10cm long pieces for later use.
