I bought a bunch of tender toon, fried a meal of toon fish, and made some toon sauce. I personally made the duck egg noodles with it, and topped it with mochi sauce. It was super refreshing. Take it out in the group with the sisters, and commented that it has the flavor of old Jinan. This inspired me to mix it with pasta. It was as fresh and flavorful than the famous green sauce pasta. The spring food is fresh and a super refreshing bowl of noodles. This fleeting delicacy is definitely not to be missed. Try it now.

Ingredients

Toon Sauce Noodles

1. Fresh toon buds are blanched and squeezed out of water

2. Slightly chop the toon, add salt to the garlic mortar, slowly smash into a puree, take out and mix with sesame oil and serve

3. Stir the sesame paste, salt, light soy sauce, and a little water to form a thick sesame paste

4. Add salt and a little water to the duck eggs, mix with the dough to form a hard dough, wake up for 20 minutes, knead again, roll out into large noodles, and stack them.

5. Cut it finely with a knife, shake it apart, and serve as a rolled noodle

6. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, and remove in two

7. Pour on the cooked noodles, mix with toon sauce, add a little cucumber, sprinkle a little black sesame and serve.
