Toon Scrambled Eggs

Remove the old stems of the toon, choose a good wash, and cut into small pieces.

Sprinkle with salt.

Simply knead well.

Marinate for at least ten minutes.

Knock the eggs into the bowl.

Stir up.

Drain the toon from the pickled water and put it directly into the egg liquid.

Add a bit of carrot shreds.
9.
Stir gently.
10.
Add oil to the pan to start the pan.

Pour the prepared toon egg mixture into the pot.
12.
Slowly fry for a few minutes and turn over.
13.
Fry for a while, and fry the edge part and the middle part upside down appropriately.
14.
The surface is slightly browned and ready to be plated.
Tips:
1. Don't stir-fry toon directly, salt it or blanch it.
2. Don't put too many ingredients or seasonings, toon itself is a more flavorful dish.
