Toon Scrambled Eggs

Blanch the toon in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute and remove

Toon is squeezed out of water and chopped into fine pieces
3.
Beat in three eggs and stir well
4.
Add salt to taste and mix well
5.
Heat the pan with oil, the oil temperature is 80% hot
6.
Pour in the egg mixture and stir fry until the eggs are scattered.
7.
Serve on the plate and eat
Tips:
Just add salt, nothing else
