Toon Thick Egg Braised

Toon choose to go to the older part, wash;

When the toon turns green and the aroma comes out, remove it immediately and rinse with clean water; the blanching time should not be too long; squeeze the toon dry and chop;

Put the powdered toon into the egg mixture and stir evenly;

Pour a thin layer of egg liquid into a non-stick pan; do not use too much egg liquid, just spread the bottom of the pan; no need to pour oil;

When the egg liquid is about to solidify, use a spatula to roll the omelet from one end to the other;

Do not serve the omelette, continue to pour a thin layer of egg liquid in the blank area of the pot;
9.
Like steps 7 and 8, roll up the omelet, and then continue to pour the thin egg liquid;
10.
Continue to roll up the egg pie until the egg liquid is used up;
11.

Tips:
1. The time for blanching the toon should not be too long. Observe that the toon turns green and the fragrance is released, and then take it out immediately;
2. My non-stick pan has a very good non-stick effect, and it can be fried without brushing oil; if your non-stick pan does not work well, it is recommended to brush oil;
3. If vegetable oil must be used in this dish, the amount of oil should be small; don't pour too much egg liquid, otherwise the egg cake will foam;
