Toothpick Pork Belly

Main ingredients: pork belly, ground chili, cumin powder, salt and pepper powder

Thinly sliced pork belly

Put the cut pork belly into a bowl, add white pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and other seasonings

After adding the seasoning, pick it up and marinate for more than 2 hours

Wash the toothpicks and soak them in boiling water for a while. Take out the marinated pork belly and use a toothpick to pierce the meat piece by piece

Stir-fry the pork belly for a while until it is slightly charred.
