Tossed with Pickles

Take appropriate amount of pickles.

Change the knife to wire for later use.
3.
Add chili powder.
4.
Heat the oil in the wok and pour into it.
5.
Just stir evenly.

The congee and rice are superb.

Tips:
The pickles are moderately salty and do not need to be seasoned with additional salt. I wish you a good time.
