Traditional Halal Snack-fried Lamb Tail

Ingredients: eggs (only egg white), red bean paste, sugar, corn starch, flour.

Separate the egg whites of the eggs, put them in a bowl and beat them with a whisk.

Beat the egg whites to a creamy shape.

Finally, beat the egg whites until the chopsticks can stand.

Put the starch into the egg white paste and stir well.
