Traditional Italian Pizza

Green and red pepper slices, bacon, sausage slices.

Cut the mozzarella into small dices or use a tool to rub it into powder or silk.

Pour the yeast powder into the warm water and stir well.

Sift the flour and set aside.

Take a large pot, pour the sifted flour, add the egg yolks, melt the butter, and add the mixed yeast water to the flour while kneading.

Knead repeatedly to form a smooth dough.

Wrap it with plastic wrap for the first fermentation.

When the dough has doubled in size, take it out and knead it, divide it into two ingredients, cover it with plastic wrap for the second fermentation. It is best to put it in the refrigerator overnight so that the dough will be very soft.

Oil the baking pan.

Make the dough into a round crust with a scoring pin, spread it on the pizza pan, push the circle thicker, and use a fork to make even holes.

Preheat the oven, put in the crust, heat 200 degrees, and bake for about seven or eight minutes.

Take it out and brush evenly with tomato sauce (or pizza sauce) on the baked crust.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella evenly and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.

Take it out again, lay out the bacon, sausage, green and red pepper layer by layer, and sprinkle with pizza straw and Italian mixed spices.
15.
Finally, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top.

Put it in the oven, heat up to 200 degrees, and bake for another 20 minutes.
