Zongzi, made from glutinous rice wrapped in zong leaves and steamed, is one of the traditional festival foods of the Chinese nation. In the Jin Dynasty, Zongzi became the food for the Dragon Boat Festival. The northern rice dumplings are mainly sweet, especially like sweet but not salty. Today, I would like to share with you the traditional Jiangmi rice dumplings made with golden silk jujube from my hometown.

Ingredients
